January & February
From a 3-day training for the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamshala in northern India, to a 5-day training for Aramco in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia, as well as providing a little touch of protocol at the Munich Security Conference
March & April
Welcoming the world in Riyadh during a Special Meeting of the World Economic Forum, enjoying beautiful views of the skyline of Rome while working for a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, commencing diplomatic protocol trainings at the Clingendael Institute in The Hague, providing a masterclass about navigating between politics and flag protocol for the Dutch association Kring van Kabinetsmedewerkers in Utrecht, as well as offering our first open subscription training course in Norfolk, Virginia
May & June
From the 5th of May Lecture by lawyer and human rights activist Lilian Gonçalves-Ho Kan You in Roermond, to training young civil servants at the Flemish Diplomatic Academy in Brussels, and from coaching and brainstorms on our rooftop terrace in The Hague, to a workation in the West Indies
July & August
Finalizing an interim management role at the Municipality of Almere, before heading to Montreal to attend the annual education forum of PDI-POA and joining fellow members in the Authors' Corner, as well as catching up with one of the contributors to my book during my summer holidays in Tallinn
September & October
Offering some protocol support during the start of 80 Years of Liberation in Mesch and at the Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial in Margraten, as well as training numerous military officers from around the world at NATO's Joint Force Command in Naples, and providing multiple courses for government employees in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh
November & December
From providing numerous trainings for European institutions in Brussels and Warsaw, to offering our first open subscription training course in Amsterdam, and last, but certainly not least, an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in his residence during our 10-day business trip to Dharamshala and New Delhi to train senior leaders of the Central Tibetan Administration and parliamentarians in exile
